Theme Tunes Spanish Flea

Tuna marinated with caramelized onions

Ingredients:

  • 1 tuna steak
  • 1 orange
  • Soy
  • Thai herbs Coarse salt
  • 1 red onion
  • Sesame Sugar
  1. Marinate the tuna with onion, julienned corato spices, a splash with oil, soy sauce, juice orange and salt.
